THE FIRST SOPWITH RESPITE POD
Lake District
Our purpose-designed pod will provide comfortable, modern accommodation surrounded by some of Britain’s most beautiful countryside.
A place for rest, fresh air, conversation and time away from everyday pressures.
The Sopwith Respite programme complements the wider support provided through Sopwith Veterans Hub.

SOPWITH RESPITE MALTA
Planned from 2028
Malta has a proud military history and a special connection with Britain.
Our ambition is to create a second Sopwith Respite location where veterans and their
families can experience Malta’s climate, coastline, culture and hospitality.
Development of the Sopwith Respite Malta programme is planned from 2028.

UK & MALTA VETERANS EXCHANGE
Stronger together.
Our goal is to establish a UK-Malta Veterans Exchange Programme. British veterans will have the opportunity to experience respite in Malta, while Maltese veterans can visit the Lake District.
Two communities, one shared heritage, building friendship through shared experiences.

COFFEE FUNDING RESPITE

The commercial activities of Sopwith Coffee help generate funding towards the development, operation and ongoing upkeep of the veterans’ respite programme.
Every coffee shop, coffee trailer, event and bag of coffee contributes to creating more respite opportunities for veterans and their families.
Together, we can create places to rest, reconnect and recharge.
